Join Kim Elliott-Lesemann for a deeply restorative Healing Circle and Mindfulness Meditation session. This unique class integrates somatic exercises, journaling, instinctive meditation, and breathwork to help you connect with your body, mind, and soul in a meaningful way.
The session begins with breathwork and gentle somatic exercises to ground and connect with your body, followed by reflective journaling prompts to spark insight and self-awareness. During the instinctive meditation practice, you are free to move, rest, or follow your inner wisdom, creating space for authentic expression. The experience concludes with reflect, or rest, honoring whatever your embodied spirit requests. Leave feeling open, calm, centered, and crystal clear on your soul’s mission and purpose.
