Open Studio: Guided Play & Progress

Welcome to Open Gym—a flexible, community-centered time designed for exploration, connection, and self-paced progress. Whether you're working toward specific goals or simply tuning into how your body feels, this is your space to move with intention and curiosity.

Led by a member of our wellness team, Open Gym offers light guidance and support in a relaxed atmosphere. You’re encouraged to revisit movements from class, explore familiar equipment, and share the space with others who are on their wellness journey too.

💫 Use this time to:
• Practice aerial skills with safety oversight
• Revisit PT, coaching, or class exercises at your own pace
• Explore the Pilates Reformer, Ladder Wall/Stall Bars, pull-up bar, push-through bar, dip bars, resistance bands, weights, climbing gear, ropes, rings, and more
• Focus on recovery with full-length compression boots, foam rollers, and a variety of self-massage tools
• Enjoy a quiet moment in a familiar space where your body feels welcome

🔍 A few important notes:
• A team member will be present to offer basic assistance, set up equipment, and ensure safety—but Open Gym is not a time for learning new skills or receiving detailed instruction.
• Please only practice movements and equipment you’ve already been introduced to in PT, health coaching, private sessions, or group classes.
• Support is shared among members, so guidance will be brief and non-intrusive to allow everyone freedom and space.
