Aerial Yoga & Conditioning

Aerial yoga is an all-levels class that is so much fun you may forget you're working on strength, stability, balance, coordination and control. The aerial silks will support and challenge your body in new ways; a tool that can dial up or down the intensity of your practice so that it is uniquely yours.  The compression of the fabric and sense of floating in space stimulates the vagus nerve to promote relaxation and calm. Adaptable for all levels, this practice encourages you to be in the moment and rediscover the joy of movement. End with a final relaxation supported by silks in an aerial cocoon, with a guided yoga nidra practice so that you can emerge restored and invigorated!

In traditional yoga classes, students are often expected to be silent. In MWC classes, you are invited to laugh, ask questions, offer feedback, or request modifications as we guide you through a practice that can be customized to uniquely fit your needs.
