12 follow-up visits to be completed after an initial consultation. May be used for PT or health consultation, bringing the per session rate to $90/hr. Expires after 3 mo. Members also benefit from this rate for PT follow-ups! When you make your appointment, please email dr.cat@movewellcollective.com to confirm if it will be in-person or virtual. In-person sessions can be converted to virtual up to 15 min prior to starting a session.
